§ 10.52.010. Crosswalks—Establishment.¶
The city traffic engineer shall establish, designate and maintain crosswalks at intersections and other places by appropriate devices, marks or lines upon the surface of streets.

§ 10.52.030. Signs.¶
The city traffic engineer may place signs on any roadway prohibiting pedestrians from crossing the roadway in violation of the posted signs.

§ 10.52.040. Obedience to signs.¶
It is unlawful for any pedestrian to cross a roadway in violation of any sign posted by the city.

§ 10.52.050. Pedestrians—Crossing at right angles.¶
It is unlawful for any pedestrian to cross a roadway at any place other than by a route at right angles to the curb or by the shortest route to the opposite curb except in a marked crosswalk.

§ 10.52.070. Pedestrians—Standing in sidewalks.¶
Pedestrians standing on a sidewalk may not impede the flow of pedestrian traffic at any place in commercially zoned are as.
