5.20.010 - Unlawful.¶

It is unlawful for astrologers, seers, palmists, mediums, fortunetellers, clairvoyants, spiritualists or any of them, or any persons calling themselves such, to follow their profession or practice their calling, for compensation, within the city, and any person so doing is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished as provided by law.
