Suisun City Municipal Code Ch. 1.12 Posting of Ordinances

A. From and after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section within fifteen days after its passage, the city clerk shall cause each ordinance to be published at least once, with the names of those city councilmembers voting for and against the ordinance, in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the city, or if there is none, he/she shall cause it to be posted in at least three public places in the city or published in a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the county and circulated in the city.

B. The places designated for such posting are:

1. The Senior Center, 318 Merganser Drive;

2. The City Administrative Offices, 701 Civic Center Boulevard;

3. The Fire Station, 621 Pintail Drive.

All in the city of Suisun City, county of Solano, state of California.
