12.16.010 - Prohibition.

It is unlawful for any person to swim or participate in any other type of water activity without the aid of a boat/vessel or water recreational vehicle within fifty feet of the municipal launching ramp.

Appropriate sign(s) will be placed in the vicinity of the boat launching ramp prohibiting such activity.
