13.04.420 - Regulations to govern.

The procedure of rendering bills for water service, their payment and the consequences of nonpayment, unless otherwise provided elsewhere in this chapter, shall be governed by the regulations.

13.04.430 - Disputes.

In case of dispute as to payment of a bill previously rendered, the customer will be required to present the receipted bill, cancelled check or other satisfactory evidence before adjustment or corrections shall be made.
