§ 17.08.010. California Fire Code adopted.

The California Fire Code, 2025 Edition, with Appendices B, BB, C, CC, and H, as published by the California Building Standards Commission, is hereby adopted and shall be and become the fire code of the city of Stanton.

Based upon the findings of the city council and upon the recommendations of the fire chief and building official, the city council hereby amends the California Fire Code, 2025 Edition, applicable within the corporate limits of the city, as follows:
