§ 16.71.010. Title reference to code.¶
Division III of Title 16 of the municipal code shall be known as and may be cited as the "city of Stanton trip reduction and travel demand ordinance."

§ 16.71.011. Purpose and intent.¶
It is the intent of this division to meet the requirements of AB 1791, Section 65089(b)(3) which requires development of a trip reduction and travel demand element to the congestion management plan (CMP), and Section 65089.3(b) which requires adoption and implementation of the trip reduction and travel demand ordinance.

§ 16.71.012. Scope.¶
This division sets policies and standards for new applicable (as outlined in Chapter 16.74) nonresidential land use proposals, including but not limited to, commercial, industrial, mixed-use development, and employment centers of one hundred persons or more to include the requirements of this division.
