§ 17.17.010. Nonfire response fee.

A service fee determined to approximate the cost of providing the service shall be charged for responses to all nonfire and nonemergency calls of a public assistance nature. The fee shall be established as an hourly fee with a minimum charge for one hour and shall be established by the city council by resolution. This fee shall be charged for responses to all calls, including, but not limited to: water vacuum, water pick-up, lock outs, emptying swimming pools, and any other similar nonemergency or nonfire call as classified by the fire chief.

Any fees charged pursuant to this section are and shall be a debt due to the city.

§ 17.17.020. Nonresident ambulance transport fee.

A service fee determined to approximate the cost of providing the service shall be charged for the transportation by the city fire department ambulance, of persons that are not residents of the city. The fee shall be established by city council by resolution.

Any fees charged pursuant to this section are and shall be a debt due to the city.

§ 17.17.030. Nonresident fire services fee.

A service fee determined to approximate the cost of providing the service shall be charged for services performed by OCFA, including emergency services such as responding to vehicle fires, accidents, hazardous material spills, etc., to persons who are not residents of the city. The fee shall be established by city council by resolution.

Any fees charged pursuant to this section are and shall be a debt due to the city.
