Chapter 19.32 — CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE

§ 19.32.010. Approval.

Certificates of compliance shall be approved by the city engineer, whereas conditional certificates of compliance shall be approved by the subdivision committee. (Ord. 780 § 2, 1996)

§ 19.32.020. Procedure.

Requests for a certificate of compliance shall be processed and reviewed in compliance with the provisions and procedures set forth in the subdivision manual and Sections 66412.6 and 66499.35 of the Government Code. No certificate of compliance or conditional certificate of compliance shall be valid until it has been recorded in the office of the county clerk/county recorder of the county of Orange.

§ 19.32.030. Appeal to subdivision committee.

Any interested person may appeal any action of the city engineer on a certificate of compliance to the subdivision committee. Such appeal shall be made in writing within ten days of the final action of the city engineer and shall be addressed to the secretary of the planning commission. (Ord. 780 § 2, 1996)
