§ 4.54.010. Fingerprint fee authorized.

Whereas California Penal Code Section 13300, at subdivision (e) authorizes the imposition of a fee to cover the cost of taking fingerprints and processing required documents, and it is the intent of the board of supervisors to adopt this chapter to establish such fee.

§ 4.54.020. Approval fingerprint fee.

Whereas the board of supervisors held a public meeting pursuant to California Government Code Section 54986 for the consideration and approval of a fee to cover the costs of taking fingerprints and processing the required documents associated with fingerprints in the amount of fifteen dollars, and based upon the data presented to said board, it adopts a fingerprint fee pursuant to California Penal Code Section 13300, subdivision (e) in the amount of fifteen dollars for such service.
