5.40.010 Adoption by reference.¶
Chapter 5.60 of Title 5 of the Napa County Code of Ordinances, relating to permit requirements for elder and/or dependent adult caregivers, is hereby adopted by reference. Any fees required by the county of Napa in the processing of the permit applications required by the ordinance shall be as imposed by the board of supervisors by board resolution and paid to the appropriate county-designated office. (Ord. 10-2 § 2)
5.40.020 Violation—Penalty.¶
Violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor or infraction, punishable by a fine, imprisonment in the county jail up to one year, or a combination of both. (Ord. 10-2 § 3)
5.40.030 Copy of county ordinance.¶
Consistent with the requirements of Government Code Section 50022.6, upon the adoption of the ordinance codified in this chapter, one copy of the county’s ordinance adopted by reference shall be maintained by the city’s enforcement officer, the chief of police. (Ord. 10-2 § 4)
