§ 8.36.150. Penalties.¶

A. Any person having control of real property upon which a nuisance as defined in this chapter is found to exist shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

B. Any person who obstructs, impedes or interferes with the abatement of a nuisance by the owner(s) or occupant(s) or by persons authorized by the city to abate the nuisance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

C. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to preclude the city from enforcing the provisions of this chapter through any other manner provided by law.
