7.78.240 License Revocation or Suspension.¶

A. In addition to the grounds stated in any other section of this title, the Commission, after a hearing as provided in Chapter 7.10, may suspend or revoke a sound vehicle license if it finds that the licensee has violated, or has permitted an employee, representative or agent to violate, any provision of this chapter, any provision of Chapter 7.62 of this Title, or any provision of Chapter 5.08 of the South El Monte Municipal Code on two separate occasions within a 12 month period.
