3.32.010 - Overtime Rates

One and one-half times the regular hourly rates shall be paid for overtime for all work performed outside the regular working hours between the hours of eight a.m. and five p.m., Mondays through Fridays. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays shall be paid for at the rate of one and one-half times the regular hourly rates.
