9.08.010 Obstruction of police prohibited.¶

It is unlawful for any person willfully to resist, delay or obstruct the chief of police or deputy police chief or any police officer of the city in the lawful discharge or attempt to discharge any duty of his office. (Ord. 68 Art. XV § 27, 1900).
