Article III — Public Notice.

Sec. 5-22. - Mailed notice.

When a provision of this chapter requires notice of a hearing be given pursuant to Section 5-20 or 5-21, the notice shall also be mailed or delivered at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing to any person who has filed a written request for notice with the director.
