Sec. 40-4. - Effective period.

A.

This chapter and all its provisions shall expire and be of no further force or effect on December 31, 2026, subject to extension or modification by the board of supervisors.

B.

Unless otherwise provided herein, no residential recreational vehicle use or other interim housing authorized pursuant to this chapter shall be used for housing after the expiration of this chapter.
