Sec. 4-19. - License issued by sheriff — Term of license.

a.

Gaming licenses are issued by the sheriff.

b.

Licenses are issued and expire on an annual basis.

c.

Licenses are valid for a maximum period of one year, beginning from the date of issuance and expiring on March 31st.

d.

Licenses are personal and nontransferable.
