Sec. 3-30. - Appeals.

In case an applicant is not satisfied with the decision of the zoning administrator he may, within ten (10) days, appeal in writing to the board of supervisors. A copy of such appeal shall be submitted by the applicant to the zoning administrator. The board of supervisors shall render its decision within one hundred and eighty (180) days after receipt by such board of such appeal.
