Sec. 28-5. - Services requiring authorization.

(a)

All EMS entities operating in the county shall be authorized by the LEMSA in accordance with the requirements of this chapter, LEMSA policy and applicable law.

(b)

Authorization shall consist of a provider agreement and, if indicated for the type of EMS entity, an ambulance service provider permit.
