Sec. 25-57. - Standards for design and construction.

(a)

All improvements required by this chapter shall conform to good civil engineering practice and, in particular, shall comply with the specific requirements in effect at the time of approval of the tentative map as required by applicable law and as contained in the then-current version of the following standards, which are incorporated herein by reference:

(1)

Sonoma County Road Construction Standards (As on file with: Transportation and public works dept.).

(2)

County of Sonoma, Department of Public Works Road Standards Code, Part 1 (January, 1973) (As on file with: Transportation and Public Works Dept.)

(3)

Sonoma County Water System standards and conditions, including applicable provisions of the Water System Standards and Drawings adopted pursuant to Resolution No. 73740 (1983) (As on file with: Permit and Resource Management Dept.).

(4)

Sonoma County Design and Construction Standards for Sanitation Facilities (As on file with: Sonoma County Water Agency).

(5)

Sonoma County Water Agency Flood Management Design Manual (As on file with: Sonoma County Water Agency).

Copies of such standards shall be on file with the indicated department or agency and shall be available for public inspection.
