Sec. 20-32. - Speed limits.

No persons shall drive a vehicle of any description upon a highway or road in the park at any speed greater than is reasonable or prudent, having due regard for weather, visibility, the traffic on, and the surface and width of the highway or road, and in no event at a speed which endangers the safety of persons or property; nor shall the maximum speed of any vehicle exceed twenty-five (25) miles per hour, provided, however, that this speed limit of twenty-five (25) miles per hour shall not apply to any authorized emergency vehicle as defined in the State of California Vehicle Code. Speeds less than twenty-five (25) miles per hour in camping areas, picnic areas, utility areas, or in areas where the general public meet shall be posted.
