Sec. 2-396. - Periodic performance audit.

At least every three (3) years, IOLERO shall be subject to a performance audit to determine whether the office is operating in an effective and efficient manner and whether it is meeting best practices for the operation of such a civilian oversight office, as established by comparison with other agencies with similar missions.
