Sec. 2-385. - Employer retaliation prohibited.

No employer shall take an adverse action causing a loss of any benefit of employment, of any contract benefit or any statutory benefit to any employee, who has reported a violation or perceived violation of this article to the board of supervisors, the county executive's office, an awarding authority, or the county purchasing agent.
