Article XXIV — In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority.
Sec. 2-359. - Definitions.

For purposes of this article, the following definitions apply:
(a)
"Authority" means the Sonoma County In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority.
(b)
"Provider" means a person who provides authorized in-home supportive services.
(c)
"Recipient" means a person eligible for and authorized to receive in-home supportive services.
(d)
"IHSS" means the Sonoma County In-Home Supportive Services Program.
(e)
"County" means Sonoma County.
(f)
"Directors" means the governing body of the public authority.
