Article XVIII — Picture Arcade Commission Established and Duties Defined.

Sec. 2-182. - Conduct of business.

The picture arcade commission shall designate one of its members as chairman and may adopt rules as it deems necessary for the orderly conduct of its business. Three (3) members of the commission shall constitute a quorum.
