Sec. 19-36. - Limitation of actions.

Any action or complaint under this article must be commended within two (2) years of the date upon which the alleged discriminatory act occurred. This time period shall not begin to run until the aggrieved person discovers or with reasonable diligence should have discovered the discriminatory act.
