Sec. 18-38. - Prohibited activities.

(a)
No person shall solicit, display, sell, offer for sale or otherwise vend or attempt to vend any merchandise, food stuff or service upon the above designated parking facility.
(b)
No person shall park or leave standing any vehicle upon the designated parking facility when such vehicle has placed or affixed to it any placard or sign advertising such vehicle for sale.
