Sec. 18-32. - Exemptions.

The provisions of Section 18-31(a) shall not apply to:

(1)

Owners, tenants, or lawful occupants of real property and members of their immediate family while operating such vehicles upon their property,

(2)

Invitees of any of the persons designated above, provided they:

(a)

Have in their possession written permission to operate such vehicles upon said property, or

(b)

Are in the immediate company of a person entitled to authorize such use.

(3)

Use of such vehicles in the course of a lawful occupation for profit or gain.
