Sec. 15-5. - Appeals from actions of road commissioner.

In the event that an applicant is not satisfied with the action of the road commissioner under this article, he may, within fifteen days, appeal in writing to the Board of Supervisors and the Board shall set a date for a hearing. The Board shall render its decision within thirty days after the filing of appeal.
