§ 11-9-1. Purpose and intent. ¶
This chapter lists the park and open space zones as established by the zoning map and establishes the types of land uses allowed and development standards in each park and open space zone. (Ord. 24-0378, 12/9/2024)

| of the following planning applications (as well as a building permit if a new or modifed structure is | |||
| involved): |
a. Zoning Clearance;
b. Development Plan.
2. Existing Private Agriculture Use. Agriculture use on properties zoned OS as of the date of adoption of Ordinance 24-0378, may continue whether the use is utilized by the property owner or its agents.
3. Parking Facility When Accessory Use. A parking facility that is an accessory use to a park, trail, community garden, etc, is an allowed use. Parking facilities that are a primary use are not permitted. A temporary parking facility is considered a temporary use and shall require issuance of a temporary use permit.

§ 11-9-3. Parks and open space development standards. ¶
Development standards in the Park and Open Space zones shall be determined by the review authority as part of the required planning application type. (Ord. 24-0378, 12/9/2024)
