Solana Beach Municipal Code Ch. 11.28 Construction Standards for Streets and Other Public Works

From time to time the city engineer shall prepare, for city council consideration and adoption, construction standards for streets and other public works and facilities in the city. The standards shall be consistent with the circulation and other applicable elements of the city’s general plan, and all applicable portions of this code. The city engineer may also prepare construction standards for private streets and driveways, private drainage and sewage systems and other private facilities and works. The city council may approve by resolution the construction standards referred to in SBMC 11.28.010. (Ord. 75 § 4, 1988; 1987 Code § 8.16.020)

All construction or dedication of rights-of-way for public or private works or facilities shall be done in compliance with the approved standards. (Ord. 75 § 4, 1988; 1987 Code § 8.16.030)
