Sec. 8-3.01. - Duplicate warrants: Issuance.¶
Proceedings for the issuance of duplicate County warrants shall be governed by the provisions of Title 3, Division 3, Chapter 5, Article 3 of the Government Code of the State (commencing with Section 29850); provided, however, a warrant shall be considered lost if it has been mailed and has not been received by the addressee within seven (7) days after the date of mailing.
