Siskiyou County Municipal Code Ch. 10 Trespassing

Trespassing or camping or overnight staying is hereby prohibited on the following County-owned property in the Happy Camp area at the mouth of Elk Creek between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.:

All that portion of Lots 10 and 19 in Section 15, Township 16 North, Range 7 East, Humboldt Meridian, described as lying southerly of the center line of Elk Creek or a northwesterly extension thereof and westerly and northerly of the following described line:

BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Elk Creek and the center line of an existing road, as per map recorded in Record Survey Book No. 3, Page 112, in the office of the Siskiyou County Recorder, from which point the east one-quarter corner of said Section 15 bears S 62º22'09″ E, 2,493.67 feet; thence S 30º28' W, 82.22 feet along the center line of said road to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the southeast and having a radius of 250.00 feet; thence southwesterly 108.01 feet along said curve of said center line through an angle of 24º45'17″ to a point at which a radial line of said curve bears N 84º17'17' W; thence N 86º50'W, 279.06 feet to the westerly line of said Lot 10;

RESERVING that portion of the above described parcel now being used as a public road for use as a public road.

Such property shall be posted in a manner so as to advise the public of the prohibition against trespassing or camping or overnight staying during the said hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
