7-2.01 - Miscellaneous development projects.¶
Development projects which are not subject to the subdivision or zoning provisions of this Code, and which involve work in established or proposed City rights-of-way, may be proposed by developers for accomplishment as separate projects.

7-2.02 - Miscellaneous development projects: Fees.¶
The development of the projects described in Section 7-2.01 of this chapter shall be subject to the fees set forth in the subdivision provisions (see Chapter 2 of Title 9 of this Code) for extensions of time, the processing of the improvement plans, requests for changes in the improvement plans, and inspections of the construction work.
