4-9.101 - Continuance of certain provisions in effect.

All of the provisions of Chapter 1, entitled "Traffic Ordinance", of Division 7, entitled "Control of Vehicles on County Highways", of the Simi Valley Municipal Code adopted by Ordinance No. 35 on January 26, 1970, as amended and in effect on the effective date of the Simi Valley Municipal Code, 1975 Edition, are hereby continued in effect until hereafter superseded or repealed by proper authority.

The provisions of this section continuing in effect said traffic provisions and amendments thereto shall also apply to all ordinances amending and repealing said traffic provisions, including Ordinance No. 277 C.O., adopted by the City after the effective date of said Simi Valley Municipal Code, 1975 Edition, which ordinances are also hereby continued in effect until hereafter superseded or repealed by proper authority.
