2.52.020 Clerk--Treasurer.

2.52.010 Director of finance--Purchasing officer.

Before entering upon the duties of their offices, the director of finance and the purchasing officer of the city shall each furnish to the city a bond executed in the manner and conforming to the provisions of the Government Code of the State of California relating to bonds of public officers. The penal sum of said bonds shall be as follows: A. Director of finance, fifty thousand dollars; B. Purchasing officer, fifty thousand dollars.

2.52.020 Clerk--Treasurer.

The amounts of the bonds required to be furnished by the city clerk and the city treasurer as provided in Section 36518 of the Government Code of the State of California is fixed as follows: A. City clerk, five thousand dollars; B. City treasurer, fifty thousand dollars. (Prior code § 2.12.470 (part) (Ord. 506 § 14 (part), 1961))
