Chapter 20.98 — PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS

20.98.010 Violations.

Each and every act which is caused or permitted to be done in violation of the provisions of this title and each and every omission to do any act required to be done under the provisions of this title shall constitute a violation thereof. Each day in which any act is done or permitted in violation of this title shall constitute a separate violation thereof. (Prior code § 19.98.010 (Ord. 582 § 1(65), 1965: Ord. 557 § 415, 1964)

20.98.020 Aiding and assisting violations.

It is unlawful for any person to cause, or to aid, abet, or assist in the performance of any act which is by this title declared to be unlawful.

20.98.030 Penalty.

Every person, whether as principal, agent, servant, employee, or otherwise, violating any of the provisions of this title, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as set forth in Chapter 1.16.
