15.16.010 Fees required. ¶
Fees in an amount determined by Board resolution shall be collected by the Planning Department for all applications required by this title.
No application shall be accepted for filing by the Planning Department unless and until the required fee has been collected by the Planning Department.
No fee shall be charged any governmental agency for applications required by this title. (Ord. 535, eff. 10/17/78; Ord. 409, eff. 7/5/73; Prior code § 86214)
