10.56.010 - Use restrictions.¶
No person upon a skateboard, rollerskates, or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device shall ride upon any roadway or publicly maintained place open to any vehicular traffic, and all sidewalks in the business district.

10.56.020 - Sidewalk use prohibited—Penalty.¶
Any person, excepting invalids or children of six years or under, who rides or propels any coaster, bicycle, or tricycle upon any sidewalk within the city is guilty of an infraction.

10.56.030 - Bicycle helmets required.¶
No person eighteen (18) years of age or younger will ride a bicycle on any roadway or publically maintained place open to any vehicular traffic, without an approved bicycle helmet.
