13.20.050 - Enforcement.

The primary responsibility for enforcement of the provisions of this chapter and the rates, rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be vested in the city manager. The city manager may authorize city field inspectors, code enforcement officers, or other employees of the city to act as agents of the city with the authority to inspect, issue notices of violation, and write citations for any violation of this chapter.

13.20.060 - Violation of this chapter or rules and regulations.

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the provisions of this chapter or the rates, rules and regulations adopted therefrom.

13.20.070 - Costs of enforcement.

In any civil, criminal, or administrative hearing, appeal or action commenced by the city under this chapter, the city shall be entitled to recover from the defendant of such action reasonable attorney's fees, costs of suit and/or any other costs of enforcement, including, but not limited to, inspection and/or repair costs.
