5-13-1: LICENSE:

Any person desiring a business license to conduct an auction in the City shall apply for the license with the City Clerk and shall pay a business license fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per day. The application for the business license shall require the name and address of the applicant; the applicant's license number issued by the California Auctioneer Commission and the location of the auction.

5-13-2: CHARITABLE AUCTION EXEMPT:

The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to any auction held for charitable or benevolent purposes, or for any church fair, festival or bazaar. (Ord. 857, 8-15-83)
