2-2-1: PERSONNEL SYSTEM RULES AND REGULATIONS:¶
The City Council hereby adopts by reference a revised set of rules and regulations superseding that of resolution 1803 and any amendments, but provided that all memoranda of understanding approved by minute order of the City Council since July 2019, remain in effect until superseded by a later order, budget adoption or resolution. 2-2-2: COMPENSATION PLAN:¶
The City Council hereby adopts by reference a complete compensation plan; said plan being attached to the resolution codified by the City Clerk. (Ord. 2024-1, 2-5-2024)
