Chapter 12.24 — OBSTRUCTION OF STREETS, SIDEWALKS OR PUBLIC PLACES

12.24.010 No person shall annoy, molest or obstruct.¶

12.24.020 No person shall loiter.¶

12.24.030 No person shall interfere with passage of other persons.¶
