Seaside Municipal Code Ch. 12.08 Construction Specifications for Curbs, Gutters, Driveways and Sidewalks

A. There are established minimum specifications for:

1. Curbs and gutters;

2. Sidewalks;

3. Residential driveways (location and width);

4. Residential driveways (construction);

5. Commercial driveways (location and width);

6. Commercial driveways (construction);

7. Alley intersections;

8. Berms;

9. Sidewalk underdrains;

10. Cutting and removal of concrete in curbs, gutters and sidewalks.

B. Plans and specifications incorporating the minimum standards, designated as Appendix A and attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, approved by the city engineer, shall be maintained on file at the City Hall. The plans shall be available for inspection by all persons.

C. All building plans and all construction involving any or all of the specified items listed in this section shall conform to the specifications set forth in said Appendix A, attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter.
