11.3.15.005. Conditional Use Permit Required. ¶

An applicant may apply for a conditional use permit pursuant to Chapter 11.5.20: Development Permits and Chapter 11.5.10: General Procedures to develop hotel and/or service commercial uses on property within the Commercial/Park Overlay District. Seventy percent of any parcel within this zone shall be devoted to park uses with unrestricted access to the public. (Ord. 1598)
