15.12.010 - Findings.¶
The California Building Standards Commission approved graywater standards as part of the California Plumbing Code which have been set out in Title 24, Part 5, of the California Code of Regulations. The city council adopts these regulations as the regulations applicable to graywater systems designed and installed in the city.

15.12.020 - Adoption of state standards.¶
All provisions of Title 24, Part 5, of the California Code of Regulations, as those sections may be amended from time to time, are adopted herein as the standards and regulations applicable to any graywater system designed, constructed, altered or repaired within the city.
