1.10.010 - Specific infractions.

Any person violating any of the provisions of the following chapters of this code shall be deemed to be guilty of an infraction: Chapters 5.20, 6.12, 6.16 (except for Section 6.16.130 which shall be treated as a misdemeanor), 10.04 and 10.12. (Ord. 125 § 1, 1985)
