§ 3.30.500. Procurement under grants.¶
For projects funded under the terms of a Federal or State grant, the purchasing officer may, in lieu of other procedures in this chapter, procure goods and services in the manner required by the terms of the grant agreement provided such procurement complies with applicable Federal and State law. Nothing in this chapter shall be interpreted as a limitation on the ability of the City to procure in the manner necessary to use grant funding.
