Sausalito Municipal Code Ch. 2.22 Zoning Administrator

Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 65900, the office of Zoning Administrator is hereby established. The Zoning Administrator shall have such powers and functions as may be established by this section. The Community Development Director shall act as the Zoning Administrator and shall have the authority to appoint a qualified Planning Division staff member as the Zoning Administrator, who shall serve in that capacity at the discretion of the Community Development Director.
